this is one of our favourite places to eat whenever we have a family birthday or get-together.   The food is beautifully prepared and presented,   the service friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere welcoming.   The only drawback is that we can&#39;t bring ourselves to try somewhere new!

The first time I found that Birmingham also has a nice street, I tried the Michelin one-star restaurant Purnell&#39;s. The main dishes and desserts are good. If you add more whiskey, you should drink directly. ​

Afternoon tea was arranged as my daughter gets married in 3 weeks. There was a delay in getting our food, however, we were given complimentary Prosecco&rsquo;s. Lovely surroundings, parking was a bit of an issue, but all in all a lovely afternoon

Lovely restaurant 10 minutes away from the train station.  Atmosphere is excellent - cosy and intimate.  Food is amazing and the staff are frist rate.  Cannot recommend highly enough.  Will be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the Inn. We were quickly seated and given menus. No presentation of the meals was done. I asked a question about the wine - the answer was incorrect. The dish I wanted had a Yorkshire pudding in it but I was informed that, sorry, they do not have it today. My child ordered a burger-  no question asked how she wanted it done so it came well done, plus partially burnt.For the desserts,  we given the menus again without any presentation. So we did not take any. A receit was brought immediately after that  and all together 1 hour spent in a restaurant.

Enjoyed a leisurely Sunday evening with another couple. Food was reasonable value and good but not spectacular, service was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the ambiance.

Very impressed as we walked through the door, we were greeted by a friendly host who showed us to our table. Our waitress was lovely, the food of a high standard and a lovely ambiance in the restaurant. The waitress was really knowledgeable about the local area telling my daughter,  who has just started Uni about the local haunts !! We got really good value for the amount we spent for 6 people. We will definately come back when we next visit. Great staff, great food and one to visit again, thank you !

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was well presented and tasted beautiful. There was a great selection on the menu and I was very impressed overall. Thank you.
